Meet Christine Mahir, our Advanced Cosmetic Nurse  

My name is Christine, the founder and director of Sydney Cosmetic Studio. I have been a Registered Nurse since end of 2012. I finished a 4-year double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Nursing. 

I was a Registered Nurse at Westmead Emergency for 8 years. During those early years, I started my journey into Cosmetic Medicine while working in ED. I went onto complete my Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and post graduate diploma in Public Health. 

Over time I ceased my employment in ED to focus and commit entirely to cosmetic medicine where my passion truly lies. I am obsessed with how science meets aesthetics in cosmetic medicine. Most importantly, how it can be tailored to each individual's unique natural face through evidence-based practices. 

To date, I've been working in the aesthetic medicine industry for 10 years with over 5600 patients in my database. My vision is to guide and take my patients along the journey of aesthetics, providing the best evidence-based care through integrity and honesty. 

 

Qualifications:

• Master of Nursing from Sydney University 
• Post Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing from Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science 
• Bachelor of Health Sciences from Sydney University 
• Post Graduate Diploma of Public Health from Sydney University
