Deposit Policy

- Appointments are secured when deposits are paid.
- All deposits are Non-Refundable.
- All deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of treatment.
- Deposits from consult only appointments can be used on another appointment day if you wish to proceed with treatment.

 

Prepaid Policy 

- All pre paid purchases are Non-refundable (Inc. purchases made during sale events)

- Under special circumstances, pre paid purchases can be used as credit

 

Store Policy

- Under no circumstances are children to be brought to your injectable appointment. There are NO exceptions to this policy

- Our staff have the right to refuse service if they feel threatened or intimidated

- We may refuse a service if we believe a treatment is not right for you or may cause harm to your health and/or safety
